I take my students out and off campus but it helps to have other activities to complement our encounters and also to add to the conversation things that we don’t have in our community but they need to know about anyway. These magazines are a wonderful way to be sure to encourage conversations about many different and varied things in our town and other towns and cities. Multiple ways to explain things to children who are visually impaired are necessary to get concepts across to these special needs children.
