My school year have started off super, successfully in part due to your generous gift to me and my students.\r\n\r\nThis school year my students have already read one of the books, \"Fantastic Mr. Fox\" by Roald Dahl, that you helped provide my students. We are currently reading the other book, \"Charlie and the Chocolate Factory\" also by Roald Dahl, your thoughtful gift made possible. I have used these books in my Literature and Film class. In this class I teach both 7th and 8th grade students that have a wide range of reading levels. We read the books together as well as discuss and analyze the characters and all elements of the plot in detail. I am not exaggerating when I say all students look forward to coming to my class in large part because of these books. Indeed, this class is Literature and Film so we also watch the movies that are based on the books. Due to the fact that each student has a copy of the book they are better able to prepare for discussions that involve similarities and difference between books and movies. \r\n\r\nThank you so much!
