I am seeing growth more it seems because students work to get the small treat that I allow winners to eat in class. The comfort items, hand warmers and lotions, have created a more positive and focused learning environment, particularly during colder months, resulting in fewer classroom disruptions related to discomfort. The label makers have empowered students to take ownership of their organization, leading to improved study habits and a reduction in lost or misplaced materials. Most importantly, we've observed a significant increase in positive behavior referrals, indicating that the initiative is effectively reinforcing desired actions.
