This simple program has helped create a more positive atmosphere while encouraging students to stay engaged and motivated throughout the week.\r\n\r\nThe Reward Cart has also given us a special way to celebrate our students as individuals. When students see the cart and hear their names called, their faces light up with excitement and pride. For some students, receiving a small reward is a meaningful reminder that their hard work and positive choices are noticed and appreciated. Staff members also enjoy being part of this experience because it gives us an opportunity to recognize students and build stronger relationships with them. These moments may seem small, but they make a big difference in creating a welcoming and supportive school environment.\r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, we want to keep the momentum going by restocking our Prize Cart with new and exciting rewards. Our next step is to continue using the cart each Friday while encouraging students to set positive goals, stay focused on their learning, and support one another. Screens, tablets or phones are an afterthought with these bins, and I wish we could implement them everywhere- not just at school! \r\nAgain, thank you for your generosity.
