Having a clean and safe environment is one of my goals each year. I try my best to make sure that my students have a clean environment where they can learn and thrive. These items are very important in my classroom because students use them on a daily basis. I provide students with hand sanitizer at the beginning of each period which is also a way for me to greet them at the door each day. It is also important for my students to have facial tissue available when they need it since they mentioned that some oftheir teachers don't have these items at all times. I feel blessed to be able to have these items every day which are basic necessities. My students are always in need of writing utensil. I have a system where students have an assignned pencil in the classroom. For the most part students do well with returning pencils to the assigned spot. When pencils become small, they need to be replaced, so having extra pencils available for this task is important. The two pocket folders help my students with staying organized. The lined sheets of paper help my students with taking notes if they forget their composition books.
