In that moment, the room buzzed with curiosity and joy—students immediately began brainstorming what they could build, explore, and create.\r\n\r\nWe've already put these resources to work in centers and small-group activities. In the sensory table, the rainbow rice and play foam have become a calming, hands-on way for students to practice pouring, scooping, and fine motor control. The magnetic building sticks have sparked cooperative engineering challenges, while the magnetic alphabet maze and farm puzzles are reinforcing letter recognition and problem-solving skills. The life cycle models and figurines have turned our science center into a space for real-world exploration and storytelling.\r\n\r\nThese tools are not just \"toys\"—they are building confidence, collaboration, and curiosity every day. Students who once hesitated to join group activities are now fully engaged, sharing ideas and working together. Our next step is to weave these materials into thematic STEM and literacy projects—like building a \"butterfly habitat\" with the life cycle set, writing stories about the farm animals, and using magnetic creations to illustrate math concepts.
