Each day our students come together as a classroom community for Morning meetings, read-aloud time, read novels with a partner, or even offer extra space for manipulatives to understand a math concept. This classroom rug will provide them with that space to help them feel like this is their space to come together. There is nothing like gathering together on the rug to enjoy a good book or to join their friends and classmates in a few minutes of mindful breathing to bring the day back into focus. Thank you for helping to create this inspiring space for my learners.

About my class
