Classrooms get messy, and the supplies in this project has helped us keep our room clean and germ-free. The students love to help out and wipe down desks at the end of the day, and the tissues and Lysol have made everyone able to stay healthier. It's great to know that my students are able to keep themselves and out classroom as germ-free as we can. The band-aids and tooth keepers have also been very helpful. Second graders go through a lot of these, so it's great to know that we have plenty on hand. The supplies have been such a great help in our classroom! Students are able to sit on the rug in our room and use the clipboards for their work, allowing freedom of movement and flexible seating while they work. My students have also used the clipboards for their papers when they work with partners to complete task cards placed around the room. This allows for movement and collaboration while everyone is learning! The headphones have cut down on noise from apps during group time, and standing desk has allowed me to get out from behind my desk and still keep supplies with me while working with students. It has been great! We have made goof use of the materials provided. The 2 drawer cart holds student materials, including their writing notebooks and the whiteboards we use for phonics instruction. Each student has their own book bin to read from when they get done with work early or during centers. They choose books once a week to put in their bin, and switch them out as they finish them.
