These materials will help my students create kindness projects for others in our school. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home"! In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! Participating in this club and creating these projects teaches my students how to share, how to use manners, how to be supportive, how to be patient, how to be friendly, how to help others, how to clean up, how to apologize and how to spot kindness in ourselves and others. It also helps develop their daily living skills all while developing the kindness for others that they would like shown to them! The snacks will go into the snack buckets that are distributed to a specific grade level at the end of every month. Our Principal chooses the grade level that has had the best overall month and we provide a bucket of goodies! The additional materials like cups, cardstock, etc. will be used to create the labels and additional kindness gifts for designated staff members.
