My students were unable to fully access the resources provided in their reading program because the district budget did not allow for the purchase of student headphones.\r\n\r\nAll students in the district receive free breakfast and lunch given the level of poverty within our city. With food insecurity on their minds, it was difficult to ask parents and families to purchase headphones for school. Your generous donation will now permit my students to access audio and improve their reading proficiency.
