Because of your kindness, our classroom now has complete LEGO SPIKE STEM kits, and the impact has been immediate and meaningful. While my students had previously experienced robotics lessons, they had never had access to original kits with all the working parts needed to fully create, experiment, and explore. Your support changed that completely.\r\n\r\nWe are now using the kits weekly for hands-on coding and engineering challenges, and the difference has been amazing to witness. Hsving complete sets available, students are able to build projects the way they were truly designed — experimenting freely, solving problems, and bringing their ideas to life. One memorable moment happened when students completed a robotics challenge and immediately began asking, \"What can we build next?\" Their excitement didn't end with success; it motivated them to keep learning and trying more complex builds. Seeing students eagerly move from one challenge to the next has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nWhen the kits were first introduced, students were instantly excited. Even though they were familiar with robotics, they quickly realized these were fully functional kits they could rely on. There was a sense of pride and ownership knowing they finally had the tools needed to fully participate and create without limitations.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, students are taking on increasingly complex projects that require coding with sensors, problem-solving, and teamwork. They are learning to think like engineers — testing ideas, making adjustments, and celebrating progress along the way. Most importantly, they are building confidence and perseverance while discovering that learning can be creative, exciting, and empowering.\r\n\r\nFrom the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in my students and investing in their learning. The generosity of the donors and for Young Sheldon, who my boys and I love this show, are so grateful for those double match days it has truly provided more than materials; it has given students opportunities to explore, create, and feel excited about their potential. Every new project they begin is a reminder of the kindness and support that made these experiences possible. We are deeply grateful for the difference you have made in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1764613751443,"projectUrl":"project/code-create-collaborate-fueling-eleme/9901309/","projectTitle":"Code, Create, Collaborate: Fueling Elementary STEAM With Lego Spike Kits","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Peters","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8517338_orig.jpg?crop=1551,1551,x0,y165&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754867364733","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8517338"},{"teacherId":8312965,"projectId":9611327,"letterContent":"First of all, the sound of the cheers coming from my classroom when we got our Donors Choose delivery was unreal. As the year began the plan switched a little because the children needed things to read prior to being able to go to the library. Without your donations my students would have had nothing to read.
