It honestly felt unreal. They couldn't wait to use them and kept asking when we would get to start. That excitement made a big difference in their engagement and willingness to try new techniques.\r\n\r\nNext, students will keep using these tools as we focus on healthy cooking methods and recipe modifications. They'll continue experimenting with low-fat recipes, comparing different cooking techniques, and gaining more confidence working independently in the kitchen.
