With these tools, our 7th grade science classes will have the tools they need to complete our Botany lesson as well as help give the school a much-needed burst of life and color by planting spring and summer flower bulbs in empty beds around the building. Their enthusiasm for learning and working together will culminate in a school beautification project that they can be proud of for years to come. This project will give the kids a chance to apply the knowledge they've learned in the classroom about plant organ structures and functions in a real-world, service-oriented context that will enliven and beautify the learning space for teachers and kids, alike.

About my class
