One 2nd Grade student's eyes lit up in awe as he reached for a lava drip tumbler declaring, \"Wow, I will really focus with this!\" His smile stayed on his face for the whole 45 minute session as he certainly did remain focused during our addition lesson, and he clutched his reward the whole way back to class. Upon spying the tremendous assortment of new items, a 4th Grade boy excitedly announced, \"This is the best day of my life!\" \r\n\r\nMany students expressed their complete gratitude telling me I was the best teacher ever. I explained that this token of kindness was not a result of my generosity, yet these gifts were due to the kindness of complete strangers. My wonderful boys and girls were fascinated by this disclosure. I explained the great Donor's Choose program. People assisting others was a wonderful lesson within itself, so the donations just kept on giving more than I could imagine throughout my day.\r\n\r\nBeing students of a city outside of Boston, many of my children are underprivileged and desire these items you have graciously provided. I service a large immigrant population and my students and their families feel fortunate for the opportunity to even be in the state of Massachusetts getting an excellent education. Presenting tokens to foster attention during lessons and to offer as rewards throughout assignments helps maximize this incredible opportunity.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of my little eager learners, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
