I have a wonderful group of fourth grade students. Most of whom come from low-income homes. Many of these kids have the odds stacked against them, but our teachers work so hard to give these kids opportunities. My students want to do well and are excited to learn, if only we had the all of the resources necessary to help them. Our students need materials to thrive in the classroom. Currently our school has very little resources to offer them. Teachers like myself must provide our own materials for our students. My students need some materials to help with remote learning at home. 4th grade students need more than just a computer at home to learn. These materials will be given to each child to aid in their learning during this difficult time. These supplies are needed to help them succeed and for my teaching thrive.
