My school is a Title 1 funded school where a majority of the student population receives free or discounted lunch. My school also has a large population of English Language Learners (ELLs). Many teachers, including myself, purchase a majority of items for our classroom as well as items students need on a daily basis. This is the first time I will be on my own in a classroom and my goal is to provide my students who are otherwise underprivileged with the absolute best tools to ensure they are successful learners. The resources I am asking for will help my students master basic math skills and allow them to become successful readers, providing them with the best possible learning foundation.
