They immediately wanted to try out the wobble stools and seating discs, and it has been so sweet to see them finding the options that work best for them.\r\n\r\nWe have been using the new seating during small-group instruction, independent work, and reading. The new rug has also helped us create a calm-down corner that gives students a comfortable, quiet place to step away when they feel overwhelmed or need a moment to reset. Having a designated space has helped remind students that it is okay to take a break, use their coping strategies, and return to class when they are ready.\r\n\r\nI am so thankful for the opportunity to make our classroom a more comfortable, welcoming, and supportive place for my students.
