The looks on my students' faces were priceless when they saw the new stations. The balance boards were challenging but fun, and the pogo sticks were a huge hit! Students were bouncing all over the room. \r\n\r\nNew station equipment brings extra motivation and a willingness to try hard things. It also gives my students an opportunity to be exposed to equipment that they might not have access to at their houses. This improves equity and allows students from disadvantaged homes to have more experiences with things like balance boards, pogo sticks, and spooner boards. These experiences build confidence, improve balance, and help translate into other activities later in life such as snowboarding, skateboarding, horse riding, etc. \r\n\r\nThis equipment will improve my balance unit for years to come.
