What was once a simple acknowledgment has now become a schoolwide celebration that our students look forward to every week.\r\n\r\nThis new technology has done more than provide sweet treats—it has strengthened our school culture. Students are more motivated to make good choices in class, stay on task, and treat others with kindness because they know their efforts will be celebrated. The snowball machine, in particular, has become the highlight of our PBIS events. Watching our students' faces light up as they enjoy a cool, colorful snowball on a warm Louisiana afternoon reminds us why this program is so meaningful.\r\n\r\nSeveral of our scholars who once struggled with behavior have shown tremendous improvement, proudly earning their PBIS rewards and even encouraging their peers to do the same.
