I truly appreciate your kindness and generosity. Our previous classroom carpet had been used for many years and was very worn out and difficult to keep clean. Unfortunately, our school did not have the funds to replace it, so being able to provide my students with a new carpet meant so much to me. In kindergarten, our carpet is an important part of our daily routine. Every morning, my students gather for our reading and phonics lessons. We also use it for partner talks, story time, classroom activities, and brain breaks. Having a new, spacious carpet has made such a difference in our daily routine, giving my students more room to sit comfortably, move around, and learn together.\r\nWhen my students first saw their new carpet, they were so excited and couldn't wait to sit on it! They immediately loved it, especially the colorful, happy faces that make our classroom feel brighter and more cheerful. They also love how big it is because it gives them more space to move around during our activities and brain breaks. It makes me so happy to see how much my students love their new carpet and enjoy using it every day!\r\nAs we continue through the school year, we will keep using our new carpet for daily lessons, partner activities, and building important reading and social skills. I look forward to watching my students become more confident, work together, and continue learning in a space they love. What makes this gift even more special is knowing that future kindergarten students will also get to enjoy it for years to come. As a teacher, I always want my classroom to be a place where students feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to learn, and your generosity has helped make that possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my students and bringing so many smiles to our classroom.
