Quarterbacks and receivers can use the throwing target and pitch back nets to sharpen their passing accuracy, reaction times, and catching mechanics. Meanwhile, players utilized the blocking pads and guards to safely practice legal positioning, footwork, and screening techniques for upcoming games.\r\n\r\nHaving these tools and training equipment will completely transform our practices by keeping everyone active, engaged, and focused on skill development. The instant excitement from the gear has been great across the entire roster. As a coach I'm excited to see the players translate new skills directly into team drills during practice and plays during games. With average class sizes of 30 students, our previous setup of just four whiteboards had created a bottleneck, leaving many students seated and disengaged during collaborative practice.\r\n\r\nInvesting in two additional whiteboards immediately expanded our vertical stations from four to six, opening up active group work space for 80% of the class simultaneously (up to 24 students). When it gets up to 70 degrees outside it is 75 degrees inside. In the fall and spring it can be 85 degrees inside our classroom. Students with seizure disorders are triggered by the heat and it is a safety concern when we cannot get relief from the heat ! School starts at 7:40 am and high school students are tired, the fans help them stay awake and engaged with their learning.
