Not only are the donations allowing us to attend conferences, using our donations to fundraise has given the students a lot of ownership in their registrations as well as a chance to hone entrepreneurial skills! \r\n\r\nOur Mid-Winter competition will be held at Anoka-Technical College in Anoka, MN on January 7th, 2026. The Mid-Winter competition is a chance for students to practice for the important SLC (Spring Leadership Conference) where they are judged via very strict rubrics, and if they do well enough, they can advance to the international competition in June! Some of our students did on-line only competitions such as PSAs (Public Service Announcements) or Health Presentations; these ones were done as teams and our students had a lot of fun creating their videos!
