The creative physical fitness activities within the CPSHS MCJROTC promotes healthy growth and development. It helps build a healthier body composition, stronger bones and muscles. It also improves the the cadets cardiovascular fitness. Physical activities helps in the development of better motor skills and in concentration and thinking skills. The regular regime of exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones within MCJROTC. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help us maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.
