As a first year Mandarin dual language teacher, I had to recreate lots of materials to accommodate the students' needs. With the TPT giftcard and toner, I was able to find and create different sources to match my students' learning level. The headphones have been the perfect addition to our small group instruction. Students who aren't working with me are able to use their headphones and engaged in different Mandarin learning websites and applications. Additionally, the students have been using the spiral notebook as their Science journals. Students have been keeping track of their science vocabulary and recording their experiment data. \r\n\r\nHaving the appropriate school supplies can support students' learning and organization skills, decrease classroom disruption, and promote equity. Students have been exploring the new series at their own pace, and many of them are finding books that match their interests more easily. After I assembled the hooks on the table, students hung up their lunch bags, lighter backpacks, and water bottles. Immediately, my classroom looks much organized, with more walking space. It helps me to manage 28 students in a school. \r\n\r\nThe next excitement is the Yoga mats. Our 5th-grade students need to pass the 5th-grade physical test—for example, push-ups, sit-ups. We can also practice Yoga poses during PE class and meditate to calm down and reduce stress. \r\n\r\nFinally, the dry-erase markers and mechanical pencils are saving us time in writing and assessment, and students love writing on the small whiteboard rather than on paper. My 5th-grade students love the mechanical pencil, and it saves us so much time sharpening pencils. \r\n\r\nAll your generous contributions meet our students' needs.
