Although the students are all learning virtually now, they still need some handwriting practice for their language learning, especially Chinese. A printer is needed to present some paperwork under a document reader. The students can benefit from the demonstration on the paper. In addition, after being presented the paperwork, students can spend some time completing their paper assignments on their own which allows them to have a break from the screen. An Apple Pencil has a similar function. It can be used to demonstrate the process of solving a math problem virtually on an iPad. Also, students can have my feedback on their assignments with ease.
