They designed everything without any interference from me (their art teacher). This project helped my junior high students know that they can work in a group and somewhat independently to achieve a goal. Students use visuals and verbal reminders of aspects of what to include in their spoken descriptions of pictures or situations. They have had to examine what are relevant aspects to share and how to use words to paint a picture in others' minds. \r\n\r\nWhat is especially useful about this kit is that it considers the age and maturity of the students.
