Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students use technology daily in their home lives. The world is full of it. With your help, I can bring the technology they crave into the classroom making lessons more engaging and interactive. The use of a Viewboard on a stand decreases the distance between the teacher and students. Unlike the traditional projector and screen, you can zoom in and make lessons more visible without taking up more of the precious space in the classroom. The use of the stand with wheels makes it so the classroom configuration can change based on the needs of the students and the lesson.

Every student deserves the chance to experience up-to-date technology utilized in the real world.

Students will be able to pause videos and draw on them or make notes on the screen to show others the things they notice. They can share their screens with the class; use it as a whiteboard; watch videos; interact with lessons; and share answers. It is a place where my students and I can learn, play, make mistakes, and do it all again until we get it right. With the Viewboard we can have seamless collaboration at our fingertips.
