Help me give my students a mobile learning center for whole class and small group learning and exploration.

My Project

In 2nd grade, students are learning to collaborate and build upon each other's ideas. This mobile magnetic dry-erase board will give students an adaptable space to work together and model their ideas. What students currently record on chart paper can be mapped out on a larger-scale to not only make it easier for the teacher to monitor understandings, but for the students to share out their thoughts with each other in small groups and even to the whole class as presentations. Because the board is mobile, it can be used anywhere for all subjects, and can be adapted to a variety of situations. The magnetic capabilities make it ideal to model manipulatives and to display work. This board will make learning exciting and inspire the students to work together, truly an inspirational imagination station!
