Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Help my future students get started in a career in stem in our classroom and discover the wonders of biology to get them interested in STEM.

My students are brilliant and experiencing one of the worst pandemics of our nation.

They have been through online learning, then hybrid and finally they are back in the classroom 100%. Please help them achieve their goals.

My Project

As students get older, their participation lowers. More motivational methods are needed to give them a reason to participate. One way I have come to see in creating this motivation to participate is with an opportunity of a reward and environmental stimulation. The snickers, jolly ranchers, and the assorted chocolates will provide this reward to participation. The classroom clings, posters, and buzzers will provide the visualization motivation for students to provide the drive and mental preparation coming into the class. As students participate, class becomes more interactive and fun, and students will more likely retain more information resulting in future professionals and success.
