As students get older, their participation lowers. More motivational methods are needed to give them a reason to participate. One way I have come to see in creating this motivation to participate is with an opportunity of a reward and environmental stimulation. The snickers, jolly ranchers, and the assorted chocolates will provide this reward to participation. The classroom clings, posters, and buzzers will provide the visualization motivation for students to provide the drive and mental preparation coming into the class. As students participate, class becomes more interactive and fun, and students will more likely retain more information resulting in future professionals and success.

About my class
