Our children are ready and raring to learn! However, sometimes their excitement gets the best of them and they have trouble calming back down again.

Self-regulation is a necessary life skill.

Self-regulation makes children more engaged learners, confident, get along better with others, and less reactive. It is essential to an individual's overall mental and physical well-being.

Please help us get the tools to teach the children to calm themselves and manage their big emotions.

The lessons these materials teach will impact the children not just while in preschool but for an entire lifetime.
