My Students

Enthusiastic, energetic, empathetic, creative, inclusive, and motivated are a few words that come to mind when thinking about the learners in my class. As an intervention teacher, I am given the opportunity to work with different students in a range of grades. I feel incredibly grateful to be able to interact with students who are curious, passionate, and so thoughtful. These students desire to succeed, and I consider it a gift that I am allowed to coach them and provide new pathways to success.

My Project

My students have persevered so much over the last year and a half. Over the last year and a half, they have been so resilient as we have navigated virtual learning, hybrid learning, and full face to face, all in the course of a year.

Despite all the challenges, it has been one of our best years ever because we are figuring it out together.

Students need books to read. Thanks mainly to DonorsChoose we have plenty. But books need a place to be stored. Help me get a bookshelf so I can provide my students with a place to store all the relevant and engaging texts we have received.

This is a simple yet durable 6 cube shelf will be used for years to come. Help me purchase it so students can easily access our classroom library.
