Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me to create a sustainable class economy with the creation of a prizes and privileges cabinet. Sustainability is one of the most challenging pieces of class economies as the ongoing expense becomes a barrier to consistency.

This new economy will give students the opportunity to choose from mini prizes or privileges such as using special tools in class as a reward for focused scholarly behavior and positive team collaboration.

By emphasizing the actions and not the extrinsic rewards, students will hopefully feel motivated by a positive treat for doing something valuable in the classroom community.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
