Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students really enjoy hands on learning. Many of our activities are lab investigations, but others are using different drawings and models. All of these help the students understand the core science principles that we are learning.

With the beginning of the new semester there are many items that we need to restock for our labs and activities.

My students like to study different concepts by using different colors to separate the steps. The color paper and pens helps them to break apart the principles into smaller steps. They use calculators daily in class, so we use a lot of batteries.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
