Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

School is filled with lifelong memories that help shape who we are. With this project I want to bring many of my students memories to life by printing them with special photo paper. I am also requesting beads to make friendship bracelets that they will cherish to remember their time in my classroom with.

With the photo paper and beads I am requesting, my students will be able to have physical memories of their time in Kindergarten.

I am always looking for ways to motivate my students to do more expressive writing and this photo printer will give me the opportunity to do that. Having a photo printer will allow me to take photos of their work and activities and print them. They will then be able to write about those ideas instantly, which will enable them to share about their special moments!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
