This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a librarian on a mission. A mission to expand and improve the book selection at our school library. I have a very diverse student body, with many levels of literacy. My goal is to provide multiple options for students and teachers to check out and experience.

Providing a wide selection of books covering multiple subjects, both fiction and nonfiction, is a great start to motivate young students to read.

The more they read, the better!

This mission is ongoing, constantly updating and replacing lost and worn books!
