The Library should be a welcoming and enjoyable place to find new authors and expand horizons. Many of our current books are old and falling apart, replacing those favorites and adding new authors, we can expose the students to new levels of character development and comprehension. Students who read graphic novels and other familiar books find reading fun and begin to read more for enjoyment! Helping students begin to learn that reading is fun is a perfect way to build better readers. Many of our students have never stepped into a library - giving them a reason to return is my goal!
