My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.

Our students work hard everyday and that reflects in their growing knowledge and understanding of our curriculum.

With your help, we can continue to push their thinking and learning into higher levels and help them accomplish their absolute best!

My Project

Throughout my years of teaching, I've noticed that flexible seating provides a "wiggle while you work" stand to learning. We know our students have lots of energy and sometimes sitting in a stationary chair is not enough. These flexible seating options are not only exciting for them but allow them the freedom to move while still focusing their minds on the lesson and activities in class. Students also get very excited about trying out new seating options each week! This project will give them that flexibility in the classroom and allow us to focus our growing minds on curriculum rather than "sitting still".
