Especially Distance Learning: Task Boxes and Task Cards
Help me give my students cardstock, Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards and other resources and materials to print and make task cards and task boxes for distance learning at home
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with more than 90% of the students at my school qualifying for free or reduced-price lunch.
My students are in the federal setting 3 autism classroom at my school.
Their grade levels range from kindergarten to 2nd grade. My students benefit from small group, individualized instruction in the federal setting 3 classroom. I love being an autism teacher. Students with disabilities have taught me that each student learns differently, and it is the educator's job to make sure we are teaching the way their students learn best.
Distance Learning with huge amount of screen time has been difficult for my students. For this project, I am requesting materials and resources to print and make task cards and task boxes that provide more hands-on learning experience. My students with moderate to significant disabilities would benefit from them as computer, applications, and Teachers Pay Teachers digital resources are hard for them to navigate without prompts and supports from their parents or guardians. I would like send home task cards and/or task boxes, so my students can engage in learning activities more independently.
