Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students sometimes need products that they don't have at home or need in an emergency situation. For this project, I am requesting a few feminine products, deodorants, hair ties, bobby pins, combs, snacks, and vitamin C packets for our girl students. These feminine products will be used by the girls in our school when they need them. It is one less thing they will have to worry about, as we will have what they need and accessible for them. The vitamin C packets are for our students to increase their immune system, and the snacks are for students who are hungry in the afternoon. All of the requested items will be stored in the containers in the classroom.

We know girls are powerful, and it is our mission to help them along the way.

We listen to every voice. These items are going to help these girls with the confidence they need to be successful! I am hoping that we can continue to collect items from the community so that we can help more students.
