This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I love most about my students is their curiosity and willingness to dive into hands-on challenges, whether they are designing a game, building a prototype, or analyzing real-world physics problems. They thrive when they can create, test, and refine their ideas in a space that feels both structured and innovative. The MBS stainless steel standoffs will allow us to professionally mount student-created displays, such as game artwork, physics diagrams, and project showcases, turning our classroom into a gallery of student achievement. The Posca paint markers will give students the tools to design bold visuals for their projects, from labeling physics models to creating concept art for their games. Meanwhile, the desk clamp power strips will ensure that every student has access to reliable power for laptops, controllers, and testing equipment, keeping their workflow uninterrupted during critical design and experimentation time.

Equally important, the cable management tools—including zip ties and floor cord covers—will help us maintain a safe and organized workspace where students can move freely without hazards, especially during active labs or Esports-style game testing sessions.

The door stops will support flexible classroom setups, allowing us to easily transition between collaborative group work and focused individual design time. Even small supplies like correction fluid play a role, helping students revise and improve their planning documents, code notes, and design sketches as they iterate on their ideas. Together, these resources will create a professional, efficient, and safe learning environment where students can focus on creativity, problem-solving, and applying both physics concepts and game design principles in meaningful ways.
