Chess Club Upgrade

Help me give my students the experience of playing chess with tournament quality chess pieces on tournament certified chess boards. We currently use foldable cardboard chess boards and non-weighted plastic pieces.

My Project

I like to promote things that are inclusive, teach respect, have structure and rewards those who follow a plan. Chess fits this description. and I have ran a chess club for many years. Chess Club is a place where any student can just play chess. We get experts and beginners; teachers and staff have also stopped by.

I have a plan to elevate chess club to the next level.

The chess sets and extra pieces will still be used for the club as always. The club would like to compete with other chess clubs that travel. We currently use folded cardboard boards and plastic pieces.
