This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am creating centers for my middle school resource students. I have so many students on different levels and trying to meet their own independent individualized goals that it would be helpful for me to have centers designed around their own individual needs. I can create file folder centers with laminated pieces so my students can work on interactive lessons that are geared to their goals. Headphones and sensory chair cushions can help my learners focus. Some of my students are sensory learners and a sensory multiplication chart may be better for them than a paper one. Using the teacher resource book can also be used as a center for my students. The goal is to have all my students to working on materials that is on their individual level and be interactive as well as fun for them.
