This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology is an essential part of everyday learning. My students are truly focused and self-motivated learners. They enjoy learning through various approaches, but specifically enjoy applying their understanding and technology skills within the classroom. With constant changes happening around us every day, it is imperative that students are provided with access and the opportunity to further their learning. In order to do so, a classroom laptop is key.

Having a working Macbook computer will provide my students with an engaging, interactive, and technology-rich education to continue to flourish as learners.

Having a working laptop to provide my students with differentiated instruction, access to internet resources for learning and the opportunity to learn about technology through a hands-on approach makes teaching engaging. Working in an ICT classroom setting, a laptop is fundamental to track data, record progress monitoring, work on IEP documents and create engaging content for differentiate lessons.

Unfortunately, accidents happen and our previous laptop encountered some water damage, losing all of our saved work and documents. That is why I am asking for your support in getting a working classroom computer. This laptop will also allow me to aid students with disabilities in a timely manner!
