My Project

My classroom is, and always has been, a safe and judgement free place for students to gather, relax, get assistance, and to just be themselves. I have an open door policy that encourages all students, not only my guitar class students, to come in and socialize before and after school and during their lunchtime.

To encourage the much needed social gathering and comradery, appropriate board games and after school snacks are needed.

The snacks would also help ensure that no student leaves school hungry. It is so important that students have time to relax and be themselves because some of them have great responsibilities waiting for them at home.
