My Project

My students are readers! For many of my students, this library is their primary access to books they actually want to read. They take pride in checking books out, recommending titles to their friends, and discussing plot twists during independent reading time.

If you look closely at our shelves, you will notice something right away: our absolute favorite books are definitely showing their age.

Titles like The Hunger Games, The Summer I Turned Pretty, and Percy Jackson have been checked out, passed around, crammed into backpacks, and re-read so many times that the covers are worn and pages are loose. While these well used copies show how much they are loved, they need to be replaced.

By replacing these worn-out copies with fresh, vibrant new ones, you will help keep some of our most popular series alive and accessible in our library. Your generous support will ensure that students can continue falling in love with these timeless favorites!
