Just know that these resistant bands will be used by every kid on campus during circuit training this year. We do circuit training every other week and the bands will get used in normal PE class activities. \r\nWe work on bicep strength and shoulder strength mostly. We will take good care of these arm bands. It has been wonderful to see how they engage with these resources, helping them manage their nerves and anxieties before their sessions.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the sand tables have been a big hit!
