This new learning tool supports early literacy, listening comprehension, and student independence. The kids love them! The players are easy for my kinders to use, and they love being able to choose their own stories to listen to during center time and free time. \r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for our students is the sense of choice and ownership the Yoto Players provide. Many kids look forward to their turn and are fully engaged while listening. Several students who are reluctant readers, especially show increased focus, confidence, and enthusiasm for stories.\r\n \r\nI love that the Yoto players are screen free and that they create a fun way to learn! \r\nYour thoughtful gift has truly enriched our classroom and created a joyful learning experiences for my students. Your donations have definitely made a positive impact in my special education classroom. The students were excited to see the new space and use the new materials. \r\n\r\nI was able to use the divider to help create an inviting break/calm down area for my students that may be in need of regulating their emotions or their body. In this area I have the tent. The tent has been a great addition and allows my students a safe place to go where they can 'hide'. \r\n\r\nMy students also like using the 'kick' bands for on their chairs. It gives them a way to move without being super distractive. They have also utilized the puzzle stress ball and the noise cancelling headphones.
