As a class, we studied Hatchet, and that experience truly sparked their interest in his writing. Students connected deeply with the characters, themes of survival, and the sense of adventure, which motivated them to want to read more independently.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, my students now have access to books they are genuinely excited about. This project has helped strengthen their love of reading, encouraged independent reading, and made our classroom library a place of curiosity and enthusiasm. Seeing students voluntarily pick up books and recommend them to one another has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and supporting their learning.
