Each of my student groups now has its own large set of Crayola colored pencils and crayons, along with pencil boxes to keep everything organized and easily accessible. With 50–64 colors in each set, students have an incredible variety of choices when completing projects, illustrating their work, creating visual representations, and adding creativity to everyday assignments. Having a dedicated set for each group also means students no longer have to search for supplies or wait for another group to finish using them. The pencil boxes help us keep all of these materials together, organized, and ready to use whenever we need them. These supplies have added creativity to our learning while also helping our classroom routines run more smoothly.
